If you would like to exchange your product(s) for another product(s) OR for store credit (no expiry date) please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will organise for a free shipping label to be emailed across to you for a drop off or collection.
We are happy to accept returns for exchange within 14 days of receipt, we know life gets busy so if it’s been a bit longer just contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
We are happy to accept returns for refund within 14 days of receipt, providing we receive the returned item(s) unused and in their original packaging, we can offer you a full refund.
We do offer free exchanges (drop off or collection label to be supplied to you free of charge) for a different product or for online store credit (no expiry). See Exchanges above for how to proceed.
If you would like a refund to your original payment form, please submit your return request via at email@example.com and we will start to process.
Please ensure your returns slip supplied by us is printed and enclosed with your order.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product and credited back using your original form of payment.
Sale Items: We do not accept returns on items bought in sale periods (Black Friday, Boxing Day/January sales etc.) unless faulty. This does not affect your consumer rights.
