WE ARE OPEN
As everyone is aware these are unprecedented times and we are currently experiencing very high demand. Our warehouse team and couriers are working extremely hard to deliver your parcels on time, whilst adhering to strict safety guidelines. The majority of orders are arriving within 7 working days; however, some parcels are taking 1-2 days longer to arrive. As always, we are on hand to help, please contact us if you have a query.
Cabana Kids is operating as normal with a fully functioning warehouse team. We have introduced extra cleaning protocols in line with government recommendations, Public Health England have advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19). Our Couriers also have new protocols in place to allow drop off at a safe place if you are self-isolating. Remember our Customer Service team is always on hand to help you with any questions you have. The safety of our customers, staff and families is always our main priority and we are here to support you in any way we can during this difficult time.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Our standard delivery time is between 3-5 working days. *See Note above re; changes to delivery due to the current situation. We also offer Express Shipping (1-2 working days) and Next Day shipping options.
Please note for some larger furniture and playtime items, the delivery information on the product page will state delivery time from ordering.

We offer free shipping on all orders over £35 to mainland England.

Who are our Couriers?
We use Royal Mail and FedEx tracked delivery, you can track your order via the link in your confirmation email.
I AM PURCHASING FROM OUTSIDE OF THE UK, WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?
Any applicable customs charges, import duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer. Our estimated delivery times above do not account for any potential delays due to customs.
Please ensure that you supply your full name and correct delivery address (including postal code and country of destination). Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout.
In the unlikely event of your order not arriving at its destination in spite of correct delivery information being provided at checkout (within 10 days for UK deliveries and 30 days for overseas deliveries), please contact us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note there is a 14 day cooling down period (from date of postage) before we will take action on lost or missing parcel sent by standard Royal Mail or FedEx delivery.
